NTAH CHARLOTTE NGARA, Esq. (Solicitor and Advocate),

She is a Cameroonian. She was admitted as a member of the Cameroon Bar Association on 04th July 2018. She holds an LLB Degree in English Private Law obtained from the University of Yaounde in 2005 and LLM Degree in Business Corporate and Finance law obtained from the University of Douala in 2016.

She has been in full practice as a Pupil advocate and an Advocate for over 3years during which she acquired remarkable practice experience in handling both internal and cross-border disputes in general Commercial law, Intellectual property law, probate, Adoption and Divorce, incorporation of companies, Real Estate, labour law and Foreign Employee management, Maritime law , General representation and due dilignence.

Ntah Charlotte Ngara equally gives legal advice on a wide range of IP services including IP registration, opposition, cancellation, infringement proceedings, restoration, invalidation, counterfeiting proceeding, pre-judicial demand letter and domain disputes.

In 2012, she was a member of an association in Cameroon, styled (IHAF) Integration for ALL HEALTH FOUNDATION based Yaounde, Cameroon.
She is equally a member and the Treasurer  of the Douala Anglophone lawyers Association  (DALAS).

A Consultant/Participant of theDoing Business Group with the World Bank from 2015-2018.
She has a good command in English and French
